The report further reveals that connected H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2021 filed by the respondent herein against the petitioner seeking divorce was dismissed for default on 28.07.2023. Thereafter, the respondent filed I.A.No.3 of 2023, the same was allowed on 21.12.2024 and H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2021 was restored. The said H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2021 is posted on 05.02.2025 for cross examination of P.W.1.
