(ORAL) By way of this peon filed under Secon 483 of Bharaya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (old Secon 439 Cr.P.C.), peoner prays for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.93 dated 17.06.2022 registered under Secon 379B of the IPC (Secon 201 of the IPC added later on) at Police Staon Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana Rural. In compliance of the order dated 08.01.2025, learned State counsel has placed on record reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Jasjyot Singh, PPS, DSP, Jagraon, District Ludhiana (Rural) and submits that peoner was duly idenfied by the complainant of the case on 01.05.2024. It is further informed by learned State counsel that out of 11 witnesses cited by the prosecuon, 09 have already been examined. The custody cerficate earlier placed on record reveals that peoner is under-trial in two more cases and is convict in one more case. learned counsel for the peitoner, so as to withdraw this peon but with a request to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the peoner, present peon is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court shall make every possible effort to expedite the trial.
