This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Session Trial No.242 of 2007 arising out of Case Crime No.301 of 2006, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 364, 302 IPC, Police Station Mehdawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge/FTC II, District Sant Kabir Nagar within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid session trial as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
