Petitioner was appointed as Officiating Principal in a Government Aided Intermediate College. He has challenged Government Order dated 28.10.2020 issued by Secretary, Secondary Education. He has also challenged the consequential letters dated 05.11.2020 and 09.11.2020. 4. The relief sought in the writ petition are as follows:- (i) A Writ Order or Direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for records and quash the Orders dated 28 October, 2020, 5 November, 2020 & 9 November, 2020 passed by the respondents in violation of Section 36 of the Uttarakhand School Education Act, 2006 (ANNEXURE NO. 1). (ii) A Writ Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents not to remove the petitioner from the post of in- charge Principal Inter College, Kothila (K.M.) Block Bironkhal District Pauri Garhwal. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that this Court has decided the identical controversy in the WPSB No. 371 of 2020. He, thus, submits that the writ petition can be decided in the same terms. 2025:UHC:5293-DB 6. Upon perusal of the judgment dated 09.06.2025 rendered in WPSB No. 371 of 2020, we find substance in the contention made by learned State Counsel. The question involved in the present writ petition is identical to the one decided in the aforesaid writ petition. 7. We, therefore, decide this writ petition in terms of judgment dated 09.06.2025 rendered in WPSB No. 371 of 2020. (Subhash Upadhyay, J.)
