Case No. 210 of 2024, for the offences under sections 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of Arms Act, cognizance has been taken under sections 25(1-A), 26 (2), 35 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Lohardaga. On 22.10.2024 at about 10:30 P.M., house of co- accused Rajesh Kumar was raided by lohardaga police and on search two country made pistols and two live cartridges were recovered from there. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything was recovered from his possession.
