With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 2. Petitioner is statedly serving as Staff Nurse at CHC Gadagusaini, Medical Block Seraj (Janjehli), District Mandi. According to the petitioner, aforesaid area is described as hard area in the transfer policy. On completion of three years at her present place of posting, petitioner preferred a representation on 29.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2/competent authority seeking her 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 transfer. Petitioner’s grievance is that aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by respondent No.2/competent authority till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.
