Petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.121 of 2024, arising out of Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 451 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 132 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 20(b)(ii)(B)/21(b)/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act., pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-X, Ranchi. On 28.08.2024, Sukhdeonagar police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons and on search, 3.060 kg. of cannabis and 8.5 grams of brown sugar were recovered from their possession. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-X, Ranchi in connection with N.D.P.S.
