The non-applicants have no objection in case 50% of the amount lying deposited with the trial Court in pursuance to order dated 06.10.2020, passed by this Court in RFA No.99 of 2020 along with proportionate interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the present applicants. In view of aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, 50% of the awarded amount deposited in pursuance to order dated 06.10.2020, passed by this Court in RFA No.99 of 2020 alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants. The amount be remitted to the bank account details whereof have been given at Annexures A-4 to A-6 appended along with present application, subject to proper verification of their identities.
