G KRISHNA MURTHY THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING JUDGMENT: The Second Appeal is preferred by the appellant against the Judgment and Decree dated 31.12.2003, passed in A.S.No.35 of 1997, on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, confirming the Decree and Judgment dated 07.07.1997, passed in O.S.No.303 of 1990, on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tadepalligudem. 2. Learned counsel appearing on both sides are present. 3. On 25.11.2024, on representation made by learned counsel for the appellant that he was not in touch with the appellant, this Court ordered notice to the appellant. However, the notice ordered to the appellant was returned un-served for want of door number, though it was sent to the address shown in the appeal. 4. Despite the best efforts made by this Court, no representation has been made on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the matter further and without proper representation this Court could not proceed further. 5. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
