Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 3014 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. Act, 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C and 66D of the I.T. Act, 2000, pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Dhanbad. 3. On 21.01.2025, at about 04:30 p.m., Cyber Police, Dhanbad, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Nandlok Apartment, Flat No. 303, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, several mobile phones were recovered from the place of occurrence. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that co- accused M. Shrinu has been grant bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 3010 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Dhanbad in connection with Cyber Crime Dhanbad P.S.
