Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 4. The fourth respondent is directed to pay a compensation of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner, as directed in S.A.No.11151/C/2022 on the file of the Central Information Commission, Chennai, vide order dated 08.12.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations and directions. No costs. 6.
