Present applicant Mrs. Momina, W/o Irfan is praying for bail in reference to FIR dated 22.07.2025, bearing FIR No. 754 of 2025, registered at P.S. Laksar, District Haridwar wherein the present applicant along with four others have been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 5 read with Section 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and she is a woman having seven children and the husband of the applicant has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench on 01.08.2025, in ABA No. 833 of 2025. He further submits that the applicant has no previous criminal history 5. On the other side, Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, learned Brief Holder for the state have not disputed this fact that the other co-accused including husband of the present applicant already granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench. 6. After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that applicant is a woman and her husband has already been granted anticipatory bail, in the present case, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail. 7. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the instant bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant Mrs. Momina, w/o Irfan be released on bail on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
