M/s Ocap Chassis Parts Pvt. Ltd. Indisputably, the objection raised by the petitioner in this regard before the learned Labour Court is pending consideration and in view thereof, this Court does not deem it just and proper to preempt the consideration by the learned Labour Court. Confronted with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to make a request to the learned Labour Court to decide its objection raised as to maintainability of the claim petition before proceeding further in the matter.
