Petitioner preferred Appeal on 01.02.2025 before 3rd respondent, which is stated to be pending. 2 2. Heard Sri Paidi Visweswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Palleti Rajesh Kumar, learned Central Government Counsel, appearing for the respondents. 3. Sri Palleti Rajesh Kumar, learned Central Government Counsel, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in pursuance to the appeal filed by the petitioner, records have been called for to examine the Appeal and to pass appropriate orders. 4. Since the petitioner has already availed the remedy of Appeal, as provided under Rule 28 of the Central Reserve Police Force Rules, 1955, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to decide the appeal after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
