The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus Commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 to produce the corpus/petitioner no. 1 namely Smt. Kishan @ Krishna before this Hon'ble Court and she may be permitted to go with the petitioner no. 2, her legal guardian and husband. II. Smt. Kishan @ Krishna (Corpus) And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Other .....Respondent(s) petition for Habeas Corpus before a single Judge. The counsel for the petitioners prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a petition for Habeas Corpus before the concerned single Bench.
