It is the case of the petitioner that based on the fraudulently obtained legal heir certificate, the petitioners brother, without consent as a legal heir, executed a sale deed in favour one Karunakaran. There was no reply or consideration from the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 4. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AAG appearing for the respondents and perused the materials. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the 4 th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025, after providing opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
