Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for respondents No.1.

The petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus to direct respondents to revaluate the answer sheet of the petitioner which is marked at Annexure – F and Writ of Mandamus is also sought to issue fresh marks card pursuant to the revaluation. In addition, the petitioner has also sought a writ of mandamus to consider the representation at Annexure – K.
3. The admitted factual position is that the petitioner enrolled to BSC Nursing in 2nd respondent – college at

Kalaburagi. It appears that the petitioner has appeared for the final examination of BSC Nursing. The answer sheet is evaluated. The petitioner is not happy with the marks which has been awarded. Hence, the writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.1 to conduct revaluation of the answer sheet.
4. Learned for the respondent would submit in view of the law laid down by this Court in Navera Vs. Registrar Rajeev Gandhi University in W.P No.200396/2025, the writ cannot be issued to revaluate the answer sheet as the provision do not contemplate revaluation of answer sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his representation requesting revaluation is not yet considered by 1st respondent.

Learned counsel for 1st respondent would submit that necessary endorsement will be issued to the petitioner after considering the representation marked at Annexure – K.

ORDER i) The writ petition is allowed in part; ii) 1st respondent shall consider the representation annexed at Annexure – K and thereafter to issue appropriate endorsement to the petitioner. iii) This exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from today.
