Case No. 48 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 304(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Ghatshila. 3. On 03.08.2024 at about 5.30 a.m., two unknown persons snatched the gold chain of the Informant near Rajendra Path, Ghatshila. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the FIR, nor they were put on the T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. 5. Mr. Nawin Kumar Singh, learned submitted that the petitioners have got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ghatshila in connection with Ghatshila P.S.
