Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondents. 3. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that despite the issuance of warrant on 22.01.2025 and several reminders sent to the first and second respondents, they failed to execute the warrant pending against the third respondent. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 4. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the warrant issued against the third respondent was 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.25760 of 2025 mistakenly sent to Perambur instead of being forwarded to the second respondent, Peravallur. Therefore, the same will be collected and the warrant issued against the third respondent will be executed within a period of two weeks. 5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
