Ms. Deepika, Advocate appears on behalf of respondents No.5 to 9 and files her Memo of appearance in the Court today and the same is taken on record. Learned State Counsel contends that respondent No. 4-Vicky as well as Alka are absconding and that as per the photo uploaded by them on their social media account, Vicky son of Om Pal has solemnized marriage with Alka. He further submits that both the parties are major.
