In view of the statement made by the complainant before the trial Court, a report has been received in which complainant has stated that he has not entered into the compromise with the petitioners and he wants to pursue the present FIR. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies before the trial Court.
