The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 10.12.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 3961 of 2024, arising out of Mithanpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023 by the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge VIIIth, Muzaffarpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. 4.
