Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain 2. th matrimonial disputes arose between the petitioner and the 6 respondent, as such, the petitioner intends to file a complaint. 3. Perused the complaint. The petitioner submits that though the complaint dated 06.11.2024 was sent by registered post to the 5^'^ respondent, no 4. action has been taken. In view of the above submissions, this Court opines that if 5. the petitioner intends to take appropriate steps against the respondent Nos.6 to 9, he has to approach the competent Magistrate Court, for redresssal of the grievance. 3 6.
