The petitioner is married to the 2nd respondent, and on account of marital disputes, the 2nd respondent has filed a complaint. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2024 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Dhone, and soon after receipt of the summons in the divorce petition, 2 the 2nd respondent has filed the complaint against the petitioner and other relatives. 3. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to dispose off the quash petition by directing the Station House Officer/Investigation Officer, Peddamudiam Police Station, Kadapa District, to follow the provisions under Section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023 in Crime No. 21 of 2025. 4.
