2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

order/Judgment date 22.02.2017 contained in Annexure-6 passed by Learned Member of Administrative, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 200 of 2015 whereby and whereunder the Learned Member has set aside the order dated 03.02.2015 passed in Celling preemption Revision Case No. 154 of 2013 and allowed the application filed by Respondent No. 7 to 11 and consequently upholding the right of Preemption of the Respondent No. 7 to 11.”
3. Learned State counsel submits that it is a preemption matter and with the passage of time, the same has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of treating it as infructuous and as such, no further steps can be taken in the matter.
