This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(I) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 6.6.2025 passed by respondent Sub Divisional Officer (contained in Annexure No.1 to writ petition); (II) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Sub Divisional Officer to decide Case No.13860 of 2025, Sanjay Singh versus Nagar Palika Parishad & others under Section 24 of U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 as fresh after providing opportunity of objection against the report dated 18.12.2024 as referred in the impugned order 6.6.2025;" 2. It is contended that the revenue authorities have refused to exercise jurisdiction under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the application moved has been rejected by the order impugned. 3. Petitioner has a remedy of filing revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in case, the jurisdiction has not been exercised by the revenue authorities which was vested with such jurisdiction. 4. In view of the said fact, writ petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed. 5. In case, the said revision is filed within 15 days from today, revisional Court shall not go into the question of limitation and decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
