In the instant contempt petition, the petitioners have alleged violation of order dated 01.11.2019, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioners being WP(C) No. 4055/2019 came to be disposed of at its threshold with the directions to the respondents to determine the eligibility of the petitioners for their engagement under SRO 520 of 2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law. 2. Compliance report has been filed by the respondents accompanied with a consideration order dated 31.10.2025, whereby it has been, inter alia, stated that the claim of the petitioners stand examined and found devoid of any merit. 3. In view of the aforesaid specific stand taken by the respondents, seemingly the respondents have complied with the order dated 01.11.2019. Accordingly, contempt petition shall stand closed with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy against the consideration order as may be available under law.
