The present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No.182 of 2016, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station- Rajghat, District- Gorakhpur. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant had applied for appointment as L.T. Grade Teacher in a government college. At the time of counselling, B.A. as well as B.Ed. mark-sheets of the applicant were found to be forged. It is contended that the applicant had applied for the said post on the basis of genuine documents. The alleged mark-sheets were not verified by any competent authority. At this stage there is no credible evidence to link the applicant with the offence. It is next contended that identically placed co- accused Saumya Rai, Brajesh Kumar Shukla and Saurabh Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide orders dated 10.3.2022, 20.8.2025 and 25.08.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
