This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(1) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent no.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Atarra, District- Banda to demarcation the land/Gata No.2726 Area 0.9970 hectare, which is situated in Village Pauhar, Pargana & Tehsil- Atarra, District Banda and not interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question; (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent no.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Atarra, District- Banda to decide the Case No.04185 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202507110304185), u/S 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;" 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration which are registered as Case No.04185 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202507110304185). The prayers made in the writ petition are to expeditiously conclude the proceedings of aforesaid case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.3- Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil- Atarra, District- Banda to decide Case No.04185 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202507110304185) filed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ramesh Prasad Counsel for Respondent(s) : Achal Singh, C.S.C. Smt. Suman .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
