By order dated 20.12.2024, this court has appointed Mr. Justice Pankaj Naqvi, retired Judge of this Court, to act as sole arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties. Office was directed to obtain his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Act. 2. The record reveals that Mr. Justice Pankaj Naqvi (retd.) has given his consent to act as sole arbitrator by letter dated 17.01.2025. Accordingly, the parties are permitted to approach the arbitrator, namely Mr. Justice Pankaj Naqvi, for settlement of disputes between them. As agreed to between the parties, the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted at NOIDA. 3. The arbitrator shall be entitled to fees and expenses as per IVth Schedule of the Act. 4.
