Hemchandra, learned senior counsel for the petitioner is present whereby the said learned senior counsel in this matter submitted that interim order has been granted dated 08.05.2025 but the order is in force till the next date of hearing and therefore, seeking for extension of the interim order. Keeping in view of the provision 151 CPC, it is deemed appropriate that interim order has been granted in the aforesaid Misc.case proceeding dated 08.05.2025 is hereby extended until further order.
