The present petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report dated 15.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 87 of 2025, under Sections 316(5), 317(4), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Nakhasa, District Sambhal. During the course of argument, counsel for the petitioner has brought to our notice the fact that an order dated 19.8.2025 has been passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court staying the arrest of the petitioner in the same crime number i.e Crime No. 87 of 2025. In view of the aforesaid, it is appropriate that the same protection be granted to the present petitioner, as has been granted to the petitioner of Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 17378 of 2025 (Brijesh Kumar Vs. State). The petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 15.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 87 of 2025, under Sections 316(5), 317(4), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Nakhasa, District Sambhal till submission of police report under Section 193 B.N.S.S.
