The storm drain which connects to the colony has been blocked due to unauthorized construction. He has referred to the photographs in this regard at Annexure P-6. He also submits that the petitioners have sent a representation to the respondents on 13.02.2025 (Annexure P-3), but no action has been taken thereon.
