At the outset, Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State submits that the applicant had earlier preferred an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 16644 of 2024 (Lakshman Gupta and 3 others vs. State of U.P.) for quashing the charge sheet dated 26.11.2022 and cognizance/summoning order dated 21.02.2024. The said application was disposed of vide order dated 27.05.2024. Learned AGA further submits that the said fact has not been disclosed in the present application.The present application is liable to be dismissed on this ground alone. 3. At this stage, Sri Ashwani Kumar Singh, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
