First bail application was rejected on 9.4.2024 and second was disposed of on 22.10.2024. 3. Applicant-Nizamuddin has approached this Court by way of filing present bail application seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 301 of 2021, under Sections 302 and 201 IPC, Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is in jail sine 3.8.2021 and till date out of 31 proposed witnesses, 9 have been examined. He further submits that in case applicant is released on bail, he will be able to prepare his defence. 5. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the bail application by submitting that testimony is against the applicant. 6. Learned Trial Court has submitted a status report that out of 31 proposed witnesses, 9 have been examined and trial may be concluded within two months. 7. In the aforesaid circumstances, this third bail application is disposed of with a direction that in case trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period as indicated in the status report, applicant will be at liberty to approach this Court along with status of trial.
