ORDER 07.03.2025 Upon coming up this matter for consideration, the appearing counsel for the contesting parties would state at bar that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between them qua the issues involved in the instant petition, in particular the payment of amount of provident fund payable by the petitioner herein to respondent 4 herein.
It is being stated by the appearing counsel for the parties that the petitioner has agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 1,20,000/- to respondent 4 herein instead of the amount of Rs. 2,40,828/- awarded by the respondent 3 herein in favour of respondent 4 within weeks time from today.
The counsel for the respondent 4 has accepted the submission of the counsel for the petitioner and also has consented to the disposal of the petition as such.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the parties, the instant petition shall stand disposed of.
