Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 83 of 2025 arising out of Jadugora P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatsila. 3. On 24.08.2024 at 7.30 p.m., husband of the Informant namely Ravindra Nath Bhagat went to the house of the petitioner where he was found murdered. 4. From the postmortem report, it appears that the deceased died due to the head injury 5. It was submitted that the deceased was a drunkard and after consuming liquor, he fell on the ground, sustained injury and died. It was further submitted that during the postmortem, alcohol was also found in the stomach of the deceased. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatsila in connection with Sessions Trial No. 83 of 2025 arising out of Jadugora P.S.
