HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 32615 of 2025 Court No. - 32 HON'BLE CHANDRA DHARI SINGH, J. 1. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking for the following relief:- " 1. Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent, to pass appropriate for removal of authorized controller and to restore full functioning of the duly elected Committee of Management of institution. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents for considering and deciding the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 forthwith. 3. Award the cost of litigation in favor of the Petitioner." 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners without entering into the merits of the case made innocuous prayer that he may be permitted to file fresh representation before competent authority and a direction may be issued to him to decide the same in time bound manner. 3. Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents vehemently opposed the petition on merit, but has not opposed the prayer as made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel and perused the contents made in the writ petition. 5. Without entering into merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners as no objection made by learned standing counsel. Petitioners are directed to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Munna Kumar Singh, Prashant Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Committee Of Management, Sri Ahivaran Adarsh Dev Nagari Sanskrit Uttar Madhyamik Vidyalay Situated At Bistauli And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of Uttar Pradesh And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) file a fresh representation along with the present writ petition and certified copy of this order before the competent authority within 15 days. After receiving the said representation, the competent authority is directed to decide the said representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. 6.
