By means of the present C528 Application, the Applicant is seeking a direction to the court of learned Additional Principal Judge – 1st, Roorkee, District Haridwar to decide the proceedings of Case No.186/2023, “Hina Vs. Noor Ali”, under Section 125 of CrPC, as early as possible. 3. In the present matter, certified copies of the order-sheet of learned Trial Court has also been annexed. As per order- sheet dated 29.05.2023, the matter was registered, and after perusal of the entire order-sheets, the progress in the present matter is quite slow. Mostly it is related to the maintenance amount being demanded and receipt and as per last order- sheet dated 04.07.2025 testimony defence witness no.1 that had been recorded. 4. The prayer seems to be innocuous. 5. The C528 application is disposed of by directing the court of learned Additional Principal Judge – 1st, Roorkee, District Haridwar to decide the proceedings of Case No.186/2023, “Hina Vs. Noor Ali”, under Section 125 of CrPC, as early as possible in accordance with law.
