By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made a Petition dated 03.02.2025 before the respondents, to survey the petitioner's property, the same has not been considered by the respondents so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the 3 rd respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2025. 4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 3 rd respondent has scheduled to survey the petitioner's property on 16.09.2025 and therefore, the entire process will be completed at the earliest point of time. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondents. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 34179 of 2025 6.The submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is recorded and the 3 rd respondent is directed to conduct survey; demarcate the property and lay boundary stones within a period of two weeks from today. 7.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
