A hard copy of judgment dated 09.04.2025 made in C.O.S.No.827 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Commercial Court at Chennai, downloaded from the official website has been filed. Paragraph No.5 of the support affidavit reads as follows: '5. Thereafter my counsel directed his junior to look into the certified copy of the order applied by his clerk in the concern section. At that time only it came to the knowledge of my counsel that the certified copy was not at all applied and as per his direction the junior advocate has applied for the certified copy on 31.07.2025 bearing C.A.No.1092 of 2025.
