(ORAL) The present peon has been filed by the peoner under Secon 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeking the quashing of complaint No. NACT/3529/2021 dated 17.09.2021, tled Manjit Singh vs. Kulwant Singh, which is pending before the Court of JMIC, Jalandhar, since 15.12.2023. The peon also challenges the summoning order dated 19.05.2022, along with all consequenal proceedings, and seeks to prevent the cross-examinaon of the complainant witness (P-I) filed by the respondent against the peoner. 2. On 22.02.2024, the following order was passed: “There is no representaon either on behalf of the peoner or on behalf of respondent. In the interest of jusce, adjourned to 22.07.2024.” 3. Case has been called twice but none has put in appearance on behalf of the peoner. 4. Given above, the present peon is dismissed for non-prosecuon. Pending applicaon(s), if any, stand disposed of.
