No. 2 which was granted by learned Sessions Judge, Gaya vide order dated 13.09.2024 in A.B.P. No. 3138 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 71 of 2022. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89433 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 prayer of the petitioner. 5.
