The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hazaribag Muffasil P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 292, 296, 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3/4/5 of the Immoral Trafficking Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. On 22.01.2025 at about 10:45 P.M., Hazaribag Muffasil police raided hotel King Resort and apprehended several persons and sex workers from there. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2025. It was further submitted that co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.2232 of 2025. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag, in connection with Hazaribag Muffasil P.S.
