This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent authority for conduct the proper demarcation of the Araji No. 358 area 0.4680 hectare situated at village Hinouti, Pargana and Tehsil Bara, District Prayagraj. ii. Issue a writ, order in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent authority to consider the grievance of the petitioners and decide the application u/s 24 of U.P.R.C. 2006 of the petitioners within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. From the perusal of record, it is apparent that application u/s 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been filed by the petitioners in the year 2023 which has been registered as Case No. T202302030706127 (Chakradhar Tiwari and another vs. Rajbaher and others) and the above-mentioned application is pending. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
