Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with the following reliefs :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the inflated electric Bill for Ra. 65043/- issued by the Electric Department dated 13.05.2023 bearing Electric Bill No. 5920230506711821 (Annexure no. 4) to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 01.12.2023 moved by the petitioner at an earliest date. (iii) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 01.12.2023 moved by the petitioner at an earliest dated (Annexure no. 6) to this writ petition. (iv) Issue any such and further suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper considering all the facts and circumstances of the case. (v) Award the cost of this writ petition to the Petitioner against the respondents." 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no. 2/Executive Engineer Purvanchal Electricity Distribution Division, District Mau should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2023. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no. 2/Executive Engineer Purvanchal Electricity Distribution Division, District Mau is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representations of the petitioner dated 01.12.2023 within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 5.
