This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Appropriate order or direction restraining to Sub-Divisional Officer/Sub Divisional Magistrate Bhadohi District Bhadohi (Respondent No-3) and Respondent no. 5 to 8 for peaceful possession in respect of Gata No 121 /121- B recorded as Navin Parti duly owned by petitioner since 1965 situated in Village: Baraila, Taluka-Asnav-Tahsil Evam Pargana- Bhadohi District Bhadohi." 2. Learned counsel appearing for private respondents submits that the land in question was allotted to the respondents in the year 1970 and the matter has already been settled by the order of Board of Revenue in the year 1994. 3. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted by this Court. If petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents he may file declaratory suit. 4.
