2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned D.A.G. with Mr. Vipul Painuli, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent Nos.1 & 2.
3. None present for respondent No.3.
4. It is submitted by learned State Counsel that after investigation, the charge-sheet have already been submitted by the police on 28.01.2025 and 06.12.2024 respectively, against the petitioners, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in these writ petitions and become infructuous.
5. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners.
6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, these criminal writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are given liberty by challenging these charge-sheets in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum.
7. Interim orders dated 31.07.2024 stand vacated.
