Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 61(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Shri S. Tigga, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. On 19.01.2025 at about 7:45 P.M., brother of the informant namely Santosh Singh was shot dead by co-accused Rohit Dixit and Takla. It was submitted that there is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri S. Tigga, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur or his successor, in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025.
