Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 285 of 2023 arising out of Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 59 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-B)a,26,27,35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi.
3. On 16.04.2025, deceased (Rinku) was called by the co-accused to make payment which was due to him. Thereafter, Rinu was shot dead.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the involvement of the petitioner has come in the CCTV camera, from which it appears that the petitioner was present at the place of occurrence at the time of occurrence. It was further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi in connection with S.T. Case No. 285 of 2023 arising out of Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 59 of 2022.
